How donations are accepted and allocated

Every gift is receipted, allocated to a published budget line and reported until the project closes.

Allocation

Donations directed to a specific campaign are ringfenced for that campaign's budget lines.

If a campaign exceeds its goal, surplus is applied to the next verified project in the same programme area and disclosed publicly.

Board policy caps administrative expenses at 5% of funds received.

Donors may give anonymously; names are then excluded from all public listings.
